General description
DAP激酶1是一种Ca2+/钙调素依赖Ser/Thr激酶,可与微丝结合。该蛋白质是多结构域结构。它有一个典型的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶亚结构域、一个Ca2+/钙调素调控结构域、八个锚蛋白重复序列、两个P环基序和一个典型的死亡结构域模块。它包含两个自抑制结构域,其中一个是Ca2+/钙调素依赖性的。
Immunogen
对应于人DAP激酶1氨基酸2-13的合成肽,通过C端半胱氨酸残基与KLH偶联。在大鼠和小鼠中的相应序列是相同的。
Application
兔抗DAP激酶1抗体还可用于免疫沉淀和蛋白印迹。
抗DAP激酶1抗体适用于免疫沉淀(使用人HeLa细胞提取物,2.5-5.0 μg)和蛋白印迹(使用人HeLa细胞完整提取物,1-2 μg/mL)。
