General description

Aedotron^™聚合物是PEDOT的溶剂分散形式。这些是掺杂PEDOT和柔性可溶聚合物（如聚乙二醇(PEG)）的共聚物。这些胶态分散体由高度溶剂化的PEG链稳定，该PEG链在空间上限制PEDOT嵌段的聚集。Aedotron聚合物既不是酸性也不是腐蚀性的，很容易分散在极性非质子溶剂中。Aedotron^™ C3-NM是一种三嵌段共聚物。

Application

导电聚合物分散剂，适用于制备导电膜、防静电层和电致发光灯的透明电极。

硝基甲烷分散剂，可用于在玻璃、ITO、硅晶片和诸多聚合物基底上铸塑薄膜。每次使用前应测定聚合物基底和硝基甲烷的相容性。在基底上涂覆一层硝基甲烷分散剂，然后进行自旋。通常，以 1000RPM 或更高速度旋转，可获得透明薄膜；而以更低速度旋转，则可获得导电性更好的薄膜。以 1000RPM 旋转获得的单层薄膜的厚度通常为 75nm。
