General description
一种细胞可渗透的水杨基化合物，可直接靶向Ireα1并破坏Ire1-XBP1（X-box结合蛋白），从而在RPMI8226多发性骨髓瘤（MM）细胞中未折叠蛋白反应（UPR）途径。选择性抑制Ire1的ER应激引发的核酸内切酶活性，并在转基因XBP1-luc小鼠（硼替佐米1mg/kg和60 mg/kg STF-083010，i.p.）中以60 µM和XBP1活性阻断MM细胞中XPB1 mRNA的剪接。与B、T和NK细胞相比，对CD138+细胞表现出优先的细胞毒性和抗肿瘤特性。
