General description

一种细胞渗透性吡唑酮化合物，不可逆地（可能通过共价修饰）抑制泛素激活酶E1活性（无细胞E1泛素化反应中的IC₅₀<10 µM），同时对E3、E2或半胱天冬酶活性表现出很少或没有活性。阻断泛素化依赖的蛋白质降解和其他泛素化介导的细胞活动。已显示，通过PYR-41或其他方式使E1失活可导致苏素化的总体升高。

Preparation Note

复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。贮备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多1个月。在室温下，化合物每天将经历约1%的分解。
