General description
一种Wnt-5a衍生的N-末端丁氧羰基-（Boc）保护的六肽，有效对抗A2058和HTB63黑色素瘤培养物中Wnt-5a介导的细胞活动，包括迁移、侵袭、钙反应和MARCKS磷酸化。用甲酰修饰取代N-末端Boc会产生一种称为Foxy5的肽，该肽以Frizzled-5-（Fzd-5/Frz-5）依赖的方式模拟而不是拮抗Wnt-5a的生物活性。肽序列在多个物种中都是保守的，包括人类、小鼠和大鼠，Box5有望通过直接FZD5结合发挥其作用，就像Foxy5一样。
