General description
pRSFDuet-1设计用于两个靶基因的共表达。该载体编码两个多克隆位点(MCS)，每个位点之前都有一个T7启动子、lac操纵子和核糖体结合位点(RBS)。该载体还携带pRSF1030复制子（也称为NTP1）、LacI基因和卡那霉素耐药标记。
