General description
Millicell EZ SLIDE允许用户在显微镜载玻片上直接生长、固定和染色细胞。分析之前，不需要拆卸单元或将细胞从一个设备转移到另一个设备。聚丙烯孔可以抵抗大多数固定剂，因此细胞可以在载玻片上生长，并在孔中染色。染色后，显微镜载玻片可以轻松去除，只需按下单元的四个侧面标签，将孔板从载玻片上提起即可。这种简单的载玻片移除降低了损坏细胞的风险，不需要专用工具将孔板从载玻片移除。盖板上的凸角便于在培养箱中堆叠多个单元，或者可以在随附的托盘中进行培养。
Preparation Note
