Physical form

Preparation Note

冻干产品在2和8°C之间可保存长达12个月。复溶后,产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间,请添加等体积的甘油,使甘油的最终浓度达到 50%,然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意,添加甘油后,蛋白质(和缓冲盐)的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
