In common with the polyclonal Anti-B found in human group A plasma, this antibody agglutinates A1 red cells which exhibit the ‘Acquired B’ phenomenon. The major application of this FFMU is as a constituent of a blended Anti-A+B reagent. JG (clone ES-15)is an excellent blending partner for this purpose. Contains 0.1% (w/v) Sodium Azide.
