General description

MHC II类相关不变量链(I-A/I-E),也称Ia抗原相关不变量链,是含有单个甲状腺球蛋白I型结构域的单通道II型膜糖蛋白。它们是MHC II类抗原处理过程中的关键组成部分,在α / β异二聚体合成后形成稳定复合物,并协调复合物从发生II类肽装载的ER区转移。
观测值〜32 kDa。
选择性剪接产生2种亚型:32 kDa(长亚型)和 24 kDa(短亚型)。

Application

使用经验证可用于WB、FC、IH的该抗-MHC II类(I-A/I-E)抗体,克隆M5/114检测MHC II类(I-A/I-E)。
