General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~18 kDa SKP1A protein.

Recognizes the ~18 kDa SKP1A protein in HeLa cells.

This Anti-SKP1A Mouse mAb (1H8) is validated for use in Immunoblotting for the detection of SKP1A.

Immunogen

A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids of 53-161 human SKP1A, expressed as a GST fusion protein
