ABTS™溶液是过氧化物酶催化的指示剂反应的即用型底物。它的甘氨酸/柠檬酸缓冲液含有2,2-联氮基-二-[3-乙基苯并噻唑啉磺酸(6)]和H2O2，溶液呈淡绿色。
应用
ABTS溶液是ELISA检测中过氧化物酶的显色底物。
生化/生理作用
在酶联免疫吸附检测(ELISA)期间，2,2′-联氮基-二-(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉磺酸)或ABTS可作为HRP（辣根过氧化物酶）缀合物的底物。与其他三种底物即5-氨基水杨酸（5AS）、 O-苯二胺（OPD）、 O-联甲苯胺（OT）相比，它是最灵敏、最稳定的底物。它还可以产生最佳的视觉效果，呈现蓝绿色。使用ABTS的ELISA™是具有高度选择性、特异性和可重复性的方法 该溶液是以辣根过氧化物酶作为标记酶的酶免疫检测的优异底物。

分析说明
吸收度： 必须经常测量ABTS的参考吸收光谱，其由光谱测得。由于没有可测量的吸收度，所以应选择490 nm或更高的参考波长。酶标仪通常会自动减去参考吸收度（背景）。
