特异性

制备说明

储存条件（工作溶液）：+2至+8℃

重悬

冻干内蛋白酶赖氨酸-碳测序等级在50 & # 956；L双蒸水中重构。生成缓冲液浓度为50 mM Hepes、pH 8.0、10 mM乙二胺四乙酸和5 mg/ml棉子糖。为避免自溶，培养温度不应超过37℃。
在4 M尿素中稳定。
