General description

Application

麦芽提取物琼脂被推荐用于检测、分离和计数各种材料中的真菌、酵母菌和霉菌，特别适合酵母菌和霉菌，还可培养用于微生物维生素测定的试验菌株。

Preparation Note

将50 g物质悬浮于1升蒸馏水中，加热至沸腾溶解。在115°C下加热10分钟灭菌。为抑制细菌生长，可加入2 ml 10%无菌过滤乳酸，将pH值调节至3.5。
