General description

Application

Preparation Note

  • 将配制好的培养基存放在8°C以下，避免阳光直射。
  • 将脱水粉末置于密闭容器中，2-25°C存放在干燥处。
取20g溶于1升蒸馏水中。在121°C高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
