Application
消泡剂 SE-15 可用于
- 制备分支滚环扩增(RAM) 用扩增缓冲溶液。
- 研究其对细胞活力、病毒感染性和PCR（聚合酶链反应）的影响。
- 作为磷酸盐缓冲溶液（PBS）的成分之一，用于通过2,2′-叠氮-双（3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6磺酸）（ABTS）试验检测总抗氧化状态（TAOS）
- 作为自动诱导表达培养液的成分。
- 作为环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）检测缓冲液的成分。
