General description
GenElute 凝胶回收试剂盒可用于从标准或低熔点琼脂糖凝胶中快速纯化线性和质粒DNA片段。该试剂盒还可用于从聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中纯化DNA。其典型DNA回收率高达80%。每个纯化柱至多可从多达3.5 g的琼脂糖凝胶中结合10 μg DNA。

Biochem/physiol Actions
GenElute 凝胶回收试剂盒结合了硅胶结合技术和离心或真空柱形式的便利性。感兴趣的DNA 片段通过溶解琼脂糖凝胶的切片而提取出来。Gel Solubilization Solution可溶解在TBE或TAE缓冲液进行的凝胶反应的琼脂糖凝胶切片。在存在Gel Solubilization Solution的情况下，提取所得的DNA片段选择性吸附到硅胶膜上。经过简单的离心或真空洗涤，去除污染物。最后，在Tris 缓冲液中洗脱结合所得的DNA。
