  • 在Fenton系统中分析其氧化后修饰

生化/生理作用

白蛋白转换可见于患有缺铁性贫血的婴儿。血清白蛋白是肝病的可靠预后指标。在晚期肝病中可见白蛋白的氧化修饰。
血清白蛋白可作为类固醇、脂肪酸和甲状腺激素的载体蛋白,对调节血液的胶体渗透压至关重要。研究还发现白蛋白可结合外源物质,特别是药物(例如布洛芬、华法林),并强烈影响其药代动力学。导致白蛋白氧化还原状态变化的氧化应激对其生理功能具有广泛的影响。

制备说明

使用Cohn, E.J., et al., J. Am. Chem. Soc., 69, 1753 (1947)中报道的方法IV进行制备。

  5. Can Product A9511, Human serum albumin (HSA), be used for cell culture applications?

    Although A9511 is not sterile or endotoxin tested, it can probably still be used in cell culture. Filtering a solution of HSA through a 0.45 micron filter, then a 0.2 micron filter would provide a solution that is sterile, and likely suitable for cells. A5843 is an HSA product that has been endotoxin tested.
