General description
N-钙粘着蛋白是钙粘着蛋白家族的成员，其以钙依赖性方式介导细胞粘着。N-钙粘着蛋白是一种跨膜糖蛋白，位于质膜的细胞粘着连接处。现已确知该蛋白质位于细胞膜中。
Application
Anti-N-Cadherin 抗体适用于以下程序：

Biochem/physiol Actions
CDH11 基因编码一种介导钙依赖性细胞间黏附的 Ⅱ 类型经典钙粘蛋白。
在肿瘤细胞中观察到CDH2基因的更高表达。现已确知它诱导癌细胞的侵袭性和化学抗性。N-钙粘着蛋白的N-糖基化与肿瘤发生过程有关，特别是与乳腺、肾系统和卵巢中的肿瘤发生过程有关。在肾上腺皮质癌中观察到该基因没有表达。
Physical form
在pH7.4的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水中，用0.2μl过滤的溶液。
