应用

当进行小规模的亲和力捕获（例如免疫沉淀）时，亲和基质很难在微量离心管中看到。 意外吸入树脂会导致结果的定量变化。 EZview™红色亲和凝胶大大降低了沉淀损失的风险。 EZview™树脂的性能与传统的非彩色亲和凝胶一样，但使得用户可以轻松区分沉淀物与上清液。这与更准确的数据相关，因为损失的蛋白质更少。
