General description

Immunogen

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
H2AX对于促进特定DNA修复复合物在受损DNA上的组装至关重要。共济失调毛细血管扩张突变（ATM）是参与DNA双链断裂导致的H2AX磷酸化的主要激酶。H2AX基因敲除小鼠对辐射敏感，并且生长迟缓。它们也具有免疫缺陷，突变的雄性不育。
