General description
人HSP70（热休克蛋白70）ELISA（酶联免疫吸附试验）试剂盒是一种体外酶联免疫吸附测定，用于定量测定人血清、血浆、细胞培养上清液和尿液中的HSP70。HSP70与Hsp90一起是重要的ATP依赖性胞质伴侣。Hspa4有助于折叠几种蛋白质，并有助于防止细胞压力（例如温度升高）。HSP70维持有丝分裂中心体的功能，以协调双极有丝分裂纺锤体组装。Hspa4可能通过保护细胞免受蛋白水解和线粒体应激来补偿小鼠parkin功能的丧失。因此，它可以作为帕金森氏病的重要治疗剂。在parkin基因敲除小鼠中观察到HSPA4的上调。已知Hspa4与肿瘤进展有关，并提供对许多治疗剂的抗性。该基因在许多不同类型的癌症中上调。
