Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-10（白介素10）是一种抗炎细胞因子。在小鼠中，由CD4+Th2（T辅助细胞2）亚群产生的IL-10通过Th1（T辅助细胞1）克隆抑制细胞因子特异性IFN-3（干扰素）的表达。mIL-10具有多效性，它与多种细胞类型相互作用，例如胸腺细胞，细胞毒性T细胞，肥大细胞，B细胞和巨噬细胞。IL-10基因多态性与子痫前期，强直性脊柱炎，鼻咽癌和基底细胞癌的高风险相关。B细胞特异性IL-10可能在系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）中具有抑制作用。
