General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

剪接因子SC35是pre-mRNA组成性和选择性剪接的重要调控因子。它控制基因毒性应激下的细胞凋亡。丝氨酸/精氨酸蛋白激酶1(SRPK1)可特异性磷酸化SC-35,导致p53抑制和周期蛋白D1上调。SC-35浓度升高与肺鳞状细胞癌和肺腺癌等多种癌症的侵袭性表型有关。SC35在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染细胞的肿瘤进展中起致癌作用。

Physical form
