General description
小鼠抗PLA2R单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG2b同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与对应于细胞外序列NC3的重组人PLA2R片段免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的12-6-5杂交瘤。分泌型磷脂酶A2受体（PLA2R）为180 kDa，是甘露糖受体（MR）家族的I型跨膜糖蛋白成员。大的细胞外糖基化区域，包含N端富含半胱氨酸的结构域（CysR）、纤连蛋白样II型结构域（FnII）和8-10个C型凝集素样结构域（CTLD）。

Biochem/physiol Actions
分泌型磷脂酶A2受体（PLA2R）是分泌型磷脂酶A2（sPLA2）的受体，使其从循环中清除，从而调节其生物学作用。PLA2R还参与清除，随后抑制sPLA2-X和蛇毒sPLA2等血液分泌型磷脂酶A2（sPLA2）的有效酶活性。PLA2R的可溶性循环形式构成内源性sPLA2抑制剂。PLA2R在正常人肾小球的肾足细胞中表达，在特发性膜性肾病（IMN）患者中，PLA2R与IgG4共同定位于肾小球的免疫沉积物中。
