Anti-phospho-DARPP-32 (pThr³⁴) antibody produced in rabbit

PPP1R1B (protein phosphatase 1 regulatory inhibitor subunit 1B)/DARPP32 (dopamine- and cAMP-regulated phosphoprotein of molecular weight 32 kDa) encodes two transcripts which are further translated into two DARPP-32 protein isoforms, full length (fl)-DARPP-32 and truncated (t)-DARPP. It is located on human chromosome 17q12.

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human DARPP-32 around the phosphorylation site of Thr34.
