General description
粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G-CSF) 或集落刺激因子 3 (CSF-3) 是在多种细胞（包括巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和骨髓基质）的特异性刺激下产生的。人和鼠 G-CSF 具有跨物种反应性。编码 G-CSF 的基因定位于人类 17 号染色体。重组人 G-CSF 是由 174 个氨基酸残基组成的 18.7 kDa 蛋白。
Biochem/physiol Actions
粒细胞集落刺激因子 (Granulocyte colony stimulating factor,G-CSF) 或集落刺激因子 3 (colony stimulating factor 3,CSF-3) 是一种造血生长因子，可刺激定向祖细胞向中性粒细胞发展，增强成熟终末细胞的功能活性。控制粒细胞的产生、分化和功能。G-CSF 正应用于临床，以利于骨髓移植后的造血恢复。该蛋白已被证明在动物模型的骨修复中发挥作用，并在临床上被批准用于中性粒细胞减少症的治疗。

Preparation Note
打开前离心小瓶。用水复溶至 0.1-1.0 mg/mL 浓度。切勿涡旋。该溶液可在 2-8°C 条件下至多储存 1 周。为了延长储存时间，建议在含有载体蛋白（例如 0.1%BSA）的缓冲液中进一步稀释，并在-20°C 至-80°C 下储存。
