Yvonne Albert

Yvonne Albert is Head of Human Resources for the Life Science business of Merck. In this role, she is responsible for driving the Life Science Human Resources Strategy, enhancing talent development and recruitment efforts, and overseeing employee engagement within the business.

Prior to joining Merck in 2017, Albert held various roles within the Human Resources department of Merck, where she worked since 2006. Most recently, Albert served as Head of Talent, Development and Recruiting, where she led the global strategy for people development programs and processes. She also previously held the positions of Global Head of Strategic Talent and Performance, head of Compensation and Benefits for Germany and global HR business partner for Information Services.

Albert holds a Master of Arts in media management, political science and economics science from Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz in Germany.
