General description

A Certified Spiking Solution® suitable for use as starting material in calibrators, controls, or linearity standards for mass spectrometry-based testing applications in clinical diagnostic testing or endocrinology. 16α-Hydroxyestrone is a major urinary metabolite of estrone and estradiol. This estrogen metabolite is used as an indicator for increased risk of breast cancer along with 2-Hydroxyestrone by ratio comparison of the two analyte levels.
