Immunocytochemistry
Immunohistochemistry
Neutralization: 50 ng of TNF-alpha antibody is required for the neutralization of 1 U TNF-alpha. The TNF-alpha-preparation which is used has a specific activity of 2 x 10(7) U/mg protein [cell lytic assay with L929 cells (mouse transformed fibroblasts) and/or WEHJ 164 cells (mouse fibrosarcoma cells)/actinomycin D].
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
