Application

Sodium tetraborate decahydrate may be used in the following studies:

Modified carbazole method for the quantitive determination of hexuronic acids.
Quantitative estimation of aminoglycoside antibiotics (dihydrostreptomycin and streptomycin) by capillary electrophoresis coupled with UV detection.
To compose the buffer along with cholic acid sodium solution (pH 9.2) for micellar electrokinetic chromatographic (MEKC) quantification of pesticides.
