This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Bovine IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), Anti-Rabbit Serum, Bovine IgG and Bovine Serum.
