Description

General description

The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase that modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. It is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. (provided by RefSeq)

ROR1 (-, 294 a.a. ~ 393 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
