Application

BME 适用于在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳前还原蛋白质二硫键，通常用于 SDS-PAGE 的样品缓冲液，浓度为 5%。切割分子间（亚基之间）二硫键允许蛋白质的亚基在 SDS-PAGE 上独立分离。切割分子内（亚基内）二硫键可使亚基完全变性，从而使每个肽根据其链长迁移，而不受二级结构的影响。
