General description
该Spectroquant® 铅比色池测试可以准确定量水性样品中的铅（II）离子。 为了分析未溶解或结合络合物的铅，样品需要通过消化分解。
方法原理：在碱性溶液中，铅（II）离子与 4-（2’-吡啶偶氮）间苯二酚（PAR）反应形成一种可以通过光度法测定的的红色络合物。
该Spectroquant® 比色池测试包含预装试剂的16 mm圆形比色池，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
所有的®比色池和试剂测试试剂盒都配备了独特的实时ID（2维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
