General description

ICR拭子设计用于洁净室和隔离器中干燥表面的环境监测。试验系统的原理是对被测表面上的微生物污染进行定性存在/不存在试验。ICR拭子是一体化的样品系统，只需打开系统一次即可擦拭表面、冲洗和孵育拭子。ICR拭子基于双腔系统。一个腔室包含装有预润湿拭子的试管，第二个球形腔室包含添加有聚山梨醇酯（吐温^®80、卵磷脂和丙酮酸盐作为中和剂）的大豆酪蛋白消化培养基。两个腔室通过采样前关闭的拭子空心轴连接。通过咬合上部球形腔室，打开该密封件。然后，可以将培养基挤压到拭子头上。

Application
