General description
一种可渗透细胞的苯甲酰二氢喹唑啉酮衍生物，可作为AAA+ATPase运动细胞质动力蛋白的可逆和特异性阻滞剂，并以剂量依赖的方式破坏主轴极聚焦，冷稳定的微管形成，动粒微管附着和黑素体聚集（约10至40 µM）。 显示会干扰原纤毛内的蛋白运输，并导致原纤毛远端的鞭毛内运输蛋白88（IFT88）水平显著增加。据报道破坏了原纤毛依赖性Gli调节并阻断了刺猬信号传导。
