General description
Ndiff Neuro-2培养基补充剂最初由Austin Smith′s教授实验室开发，是一种无血清，类似N2的补充剂，用于将鼠胚胎干（ES）细胞体外分化为有丝分裂后神经元，尤其是通过单层分化。 该产品还可用于小鼠NS神经干细胞的衍生、繁殖和维持。
Physical form
NDiff Neuro-2培养基补充剂包含胰岛素，脱铁转铁蛋白，亚硒酸钠，腐胺和孕酮。 该培养基补充剂以200X储备液的形式提供，应以1X的最终浓度添加到细胞培养基中。
Preparation Note
在-20°C下保存直至有效期。 避光保存。 解冻后，将未使用的部分等分至较小体积，并储存在-20°C下直至将来使用。 一旦添加到细胞培养基中，产品在4°C下可稳定保存四周。
