应用

RNase 已被用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析 DNA 片段。已在流式细胞术分析期间使用。
核糖核酸酶 (RNase) 已用于 DNA 梯形分析。

单位定义

一个单位是在测定条件下 1 分钟内引起 A0 至 A1 吸光度降低的酶活性；A 0 至 A1 对应于总转化率，A1 为最终吸光度。

制备说明

活化剂： PK 需要 Mg2+（或 Mn2+、Co2+）和 K+（或 NH4+、Rb+）才能发挥全部活性。
工作液：建议将 RNase (1 mg/mL) 溶于水或 TE 缓冲液 (pH 7.5) 中。
