凝血酶是凝血因子IIa。它是一种丝氨酸内肽酶，水解肽链和酯键，尤其是在Arg羧基侧的。该酶将纤维蛋白原转化为纤维蛋白。产品含有EDTA和额外的稳定剂。

应用

凝血酶可用于重组RELM（抵抗素样分子家族成员）蛋白的表达和纯化。它被用作血小板在纤维蛋白原 和免疫染色分散。
凝血酶用于凝血研究，医学研究，蛋白质结构分析和生化研究。它被用作血小板刺激物。

生化/生理作用

凝血酶在凝血中有很重要的作用。它作为促凝血因子，能够将纤维蛋白原转化成不能溶解的纤维蛋白结块。通过激活蛋白质C，凝血酶可用作抗凝血剂。
