General description

肽-N-糖苷酶 F，肽-N ⁴-（乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖）-天冬酰胺酰胺酶

Application

使用 N-糖苷酶 F 可切割所有类型的天冬酰胺结合 N-聚糖，前提是氨基和羧基以肽键连接，并且寡糖具有最小长度的壳二糖核心单位。反应产物为氨、天冬氨酸（肽链中）和完整的寡糖。
注： N-糖苷酶 F重组体也以不含甘油的冻干品形式提供。

溶于 50 mM 磷酸钠、含12.5 mM EDTA、50% 甘油 (v/v)，pH 7.2

Other Notes

一个单位的酶活性是在 pH 7.8、37°C 下 1 分钟内水解 1 nmol 二甲氨基偶氮苯甲酰纤维蛋白糖肽或 0.2 nmol 丹磺酰胎球蛋白糖肽。
