Preparation Note
将55.5 g BSM-琼脂溶于1升水中。在121°C高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。 冷却至45-50°C并以无菌操作添加116mg BSM补充剂（货号83055；刚溶解在1至5ml 无菌水中）。充分混合，倒入无菌培养皿中。
