Application
从黑曲霉（ Aspergillus niger ）中提取的纤维素酶，可用于：
- 制备标准品溶液，确定绝对纤维素酶水平
- 在磷酸盐-柠檬酸缓冲液中进行活性测定
- 非淀粉多糖降解酶混合物，用于脱脂米糠的体外水解及研究提高家禽饲料营养价值的方法
Biochem/physiol Actions
来自 黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger） 的纤维素酶可催化纤维素、地衣素、大麦葡聚糖和纤维低聚糖中的内切-1,4-β-D-糖苷键水解为纤维己糖。 其不会切割纤维二糖或 p-硝基苯基-β-D-葡萄糖苷。 该酶还可通过水解木糖基丝氨酸键从核心肽中切割完整的糖胺聚糖。
Other Notes
1 U 相当的酶量，可在 pH 5.0、37°C 条件下，每分钟从羧甲基纤维素中释放 1 μmol 的葡萄糖。
