一般描述

脱氧核糖核酸酶I(DNase I)是一种从牛胰腺中分离的内切核酸酶,可将双链和单链DNA消化成寡核苷酸和单核苷酸。 扩增级 DNase I 已纯化去除RNase活性,适于在 RT-PCR(逆转录酶 - 聚合酶链反应)等敏感应用之前去除 RNA 制剂中的DNA。

DNase I可将双链和单链DNA酶解成寡核苷酸和单核苷酸。采用提供的反应缓冲液,在室温下消化 15 分钟,可去除 RNA 制剂中的 DNA。然后随同终止液加热,使DNase I失活。加热还会使RNA中的发夹变性,可直接用于逆转录。
