General description
Eagle基础培养基（BME）是应用最广泛的合成细胞培养基之一。组织培养协会建议，术语“Eagle基础培养基”仅用于指代专为支持海拉细胞而开发的配方。BME先前已用于单层培养研究，以评估正常（WI-38）和转化（小鼠和海拉）细胞的生长反应。BME是杜氏改良Eagle培养基（DME）和Eagle最低必需培养基（MEM）的前体。
Application
Eagle培养基已用于：
