4型蛋白质提取试剂是一种高度预混合、预鉴定、有效的蛋白质增溶和提取试剂，由尿素、硫脲、Trizma®和去污剂C7BzO（C0856）组成。
Application
4型蛋白质提取试剂针对蛋白质组学研究进行了优化。细胞膜和细胞器膜增溶剂非常适用于等电聚焦和2D电泳之前的蛋白质提取。建议将还原剂和烷基化试剂TBP（T7567）和碘乙酰胺（A3221）与该试剂一起使用。4型蛋白质提取试剂也可以作为ProteoPrep® Sample的组分提供。
