General description
Caspase 3 检测试剂盒（比色法）可在细胞溶解产物和半胱天冬酶3纯化制备物样本中快速、有效地检测半胱天冬酶3的活性。
Caspase 3 检测试剂盒（比色法）的检测原理为Caspase 3可水解乙酰基- Asp-Glu-Val-Asp对硝基苯胺（Ac-DEVD-pNA），释放对硝基苯胺（pNA）部分。然后在405 nm处测定对硝基苯胺(εmM=10.5)。再根据405 nm处的吸光度值，就可以计算出底物释放的pDNA浓度。此外，也可以将获得的校准曲线与pNA标准品曲线（试剂盒中包含pNA标准品）进行比较，计算出底物释放的pDNA浓度。

Application
该检测既可采用(a)1 mL的检测体系由分光度计来测定；也可采用(b)100 µL检测体系在96孔板中由ELISA酶标仪来测量。

在pH 7.4，25 °C条件下，1单位的Caspase 3每分钟裂解1.0 μmol的Ac-DEVD-pNA。
