General description
柠檬酸合成检测试剂盒（Citrate Synthase Assay Kit）包含了在全细胞抽提物或分离的线粒体中快速便捷地检测柠檬酸合成酶活性的全部所需试剂（并包含了一份阳性对照酶）。此外，本试剂盒还能够检测线粒体内膜的完整性。
Biochem/physiol Actions
柠檬酸合成酶是三羧酸（TCA）循环的启始酶。该酶能够催化二碳的乙酰辅酶A与四碳的草酰乙酸反应，形成六碳的柠檬酸。该酶是线粒体基质的专属标志物。
Analysis Note
体系中引入的DTNB通过柠檬酸合成反应，由于乙酰辅酶A的去乙酰化，进而生成TNB，酶活即通过TNB的颜色得以检测。最终反应产物TNB的吸收峰位于412 nm。
