General description
SIGMA FAST™ DAB片剂（含金属增强剂）可直接制备用于过氧化物酶活性检测的活性底物溶液，无需额外的缓冲液或步骤。 常用作免疫组织学的沉淀底物。
Application
含金属强化剂的SIGMAFAST™ DAB 已被用于通过免疫组织化学观察肺组织切片、背根神经节（DRG）神经元和前十字韧带（ACL）细胞中胶原蛋白的免疫组织化学染色。
通过添加CoCl2可以增强DAB反应，并产生更强的耐酒精色斑。
Preparation Note
将每个片剂组合溶于5 mL去离子水中，得到含有DAB和金属强化剂的即用型缓冲溶液。
