一般描述

Sigma的1kb分子量标准含有11个片段，包含0.5至3 kb的500bp重复序列，3至6 kb的1 kb重复序列，以及6至10 kb的2 kb重复序列。在核酸凝胶电泳中，应在凝胶缓冲液中稀释5μl分子量标准，然后在琼脂糖或聚丙烯酰胺凝胶上单泳道上样。适用于Northern和Southern印迹杂交。所有的DNA标记物都可以用溴化乙锭、SYBR® Green和Nancy-520染色。

应用

1 kb DNA分子量标准品已用作通过凝胶电泳测定双链DNA的分子量和大小的分子量标准。

组分

Sigma的1kb分子量标准品以溶于10mM Tris-HCl(pH 8.0)和1.0 mM EDTA的溶液形式提供。

其他说明
